Refund policy

At WYLDKIDS HQ, we want every kid to feel confident and comfortable in their fit.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be: 

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags attached

Non-returnable items

• Final sale items
• Worn or washed items
• Damaged items not reported within 48 hours

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges based on availability.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Item cannot be worn.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
