Return Policy

At WYLDKIDS HQ, we want every child to feel confident and comfortable in their clothing. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To qualify for a return:
        •        Items must be unworn and unused
        •        Items must be in their original condition
        •        Tags must still be attached
        •        Items must not be washed or altered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
        •        Clearance or final sale items
        •        Gift cards
        •        Worn, washed, or damaged items
        •        Customized or limited-edition items (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we offer exchanges when inventory is available. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
